Alright, let’s talk about cruising through our 30s with a glow that rivals the sun, shall we? The 30s are that sweet spot where life still buzzes with the excitement of youth, yet carries a side of sophistication. It’s the perfect time to whip up a skincare and self-care routine that’s as fabulous as you are. Grab a cup of herbal tea, and let’s get into it:

1. Morning Glory Skincare:

Cleanse: Start with a gentle, hydrating cleanser to wipe away the sleepies and prep your skin.

Tone: A soothing, alcohol-free toner is your pal to balance that lovely skin of yours.

Serum Time: A vitamin C serum is your golden ticket to bright, glowing skin. 

Moisturize and SPF: Now, slap on some moisturizer followed by SPF because the sun loves to kiss us, sometimes a tad too aggressively.

2. Night-time Nurture:

Double Cleanse: Especially if you've had a makeup day, double cleansing ensures a grime-free canvas.

Exfoliate: But not every night! Two to three times a week is a sweet spot.

Serum: A retinol or peptide-based serum could be a good pick to dance on your face while you snooze.

Moisturize: A rich, nurturing moisturizer is your goodnight kiss to your skin.

3. Weekly Wonders:

Face Masks: Slather on a hydrating or clarifying mask, depending on what your skin is crooning for.

Facial Oils: A sweet almond or jojoba oil massage can be a mini spa retreat.

4. Self-Care Soiree:

Meditation: A little morning meditation can set a serene tone for the day.

Exercise: Whether it’s a brisk walk or a sweat-inducing HIIT session, keep that body movin’!

Hydration: It's your skin’s BFF. Guzzle that H2O like there’s no tomorrow.

Sleep: Aim for the golden 8 hours to let your skin and body rejuvenate.

5. Essential Oils Aplenty:

Incorporate essential oils like lavender for relaxation or tea tree for blemish control. Diffuse them, dab them, love them!

6. Mindful Munching:

Load up on antioxidants, lean proteins, and omega-3s. Your skin will throw you a thank-you party!

7. Spa Days at Home:

Run a bath, throw in some Epsom salts, a few drops of essential oils, and voila! Spa day right at home.

8. Collagen is Your Friend:

Collagen production starts to fade in your late 20s and 30s and experiences a drastic drop in your 40s. The good news is that in the last five years, there have been huge advances in bringing collagen to the hands of consumers. Consider collagen products like these beads and serum or this hair treatment. There are so many options out there, and there are so many that I love.
